With a focus on nanoblading, lip blushing and a variety of custom brow services, I offer a range of permanent and non permanent makeup services to suit your personal style. PLEASE NOTE: Crafted Charm Aesthetics does not allow same day bookings or walk-ins. Clients are welcome to contact the day of and see if there are any cancellations or last minute availability but Crafted Charm Aesthetics does not guarantee same day bookings. Children Policy: For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the studio. We kindly request that clients make appropriate childcare arrangements before scheduling an appointment at our beauty studio. This policy is in place to maintain a professional environment for all clients to enjoy their services without disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no children policy. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice. With this notice, there will be no charge to you. Should you need to cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. For any no-shows, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. We aim to provide the best service to all our clients, and your understanding is greatly appreciated. Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least three days' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service fee to the card on file, including same day reschedules. Please note that reschedules are limited to two times. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Late Policy: We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. To ensure that everyone receives the full benefit of their appointment, we kindly request that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. An additional charge of $50 will also be applied to the card on file. Thank you for your respect and understanding of our policies. Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, all services require a booking fee, which will be deducted from your total service cost. Remaining service total will be due at time of appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, the booking fee is forfeited. In such cases, a new deposit will be required to rebook your appointment. Please note that the booking fee is nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.Business Hours
